this spacious detached villa has a large
open plan lounge with dining area leading
into a fully equipped kitchen. The appliances
include a dishwasher, microwave, electric
oven with ceramic hob and a fridge freezer

patio windows gives access from the lounge
and kitchen area onto the sunny outside
patio. Enjoy dining outside around the large
patio table and chairs or laze away the
day on a sunbed. The rear of the property
has a private gate leading to the large
community swimming pool. There is also a
tennis court and fully equipped gym on site
(local charge). Around the pool there are
more sunbeds and shades if required as well
as a pool bar serving drinks and snacks.
At the front of the villa there is a car
port to park your vehicle which is off the
private road which you gain access through
electric gates. There is private access
to the beach front promenade and just a
short walk to the beach.
You can walk from the villa
along the sea front promenade to the centre
of the resort of Costa Tequise. There are
plenty of shops restaurants and the local
supermarket is just a short walk away.
